Daghdha Space, 3rd November 2006Einem ..., a 'work in movement', is subject to continuous change and
adaptation. In synergy with the dancer Elena Giannotti, Einem … grows,
learns, mutates and lives together through the dancer. This groundbreaking
work was originally produced by Ballett Frankfurt, ZKM and Tanzquartier Wien
and has been performed by Daghdha Dance Company to critical acclaim since
2004.Italian born Elena Giannotti studied ballet with Marina Sophie Van Hoecke,
modern techniques, theatre improvisation in Italy, improvisation and release
technique around Europe. She has worked in opera, operetta and dance-theatre
productions. She has also worked on her solo projects, performing in Italy.
